The causes of the typical winter diseases are as follows:-
Common Cold: When you stay near somebody who coughed or sneezed, then you can get this disorder. If you touch a contaminated surface, it can cause your common cold. The doorknob is an example of it. More than two hundred viruses are there that cause colds. Rhinovirus is the most common example for this. If you are suffering from this, you can feel like having a runny nose, scratchy throat, low-grade fever, fatigue, chills and aches. You can also have sneezing and coughing. When you will have a cold, Sore Throat is the first sign that you can see. Usually, people don't care too much to treat it. Viral infections are the ones due to which we can see this one of the most common winter diseases.

Flu: You should try to keep the mouth and nose covered while sneezing and coughing, maintain enough distance from the person who is suffering from the similar disease, wash hands to avoid spreading of the harmful germs.
Bronchiolitis/RSV: According to the medical term, we know the RSV as Bronchiolitis, Taking enough rest, always keep your body hydrated by drinking proper amount of water, washing your hands properly, Seeking medical advice are the ways you can follow to keep yourself stay healthy while you are suffering from this disorder.
Norovirus: In this time, you need to keep your home clean, wash your food properly before cooking, etc.
